My tradespeople are very accommodating of project schedules and we all work well together to provide you with a renovation that you will love. By having me set up the quoting appointments and preparing you a clear and concise estimate for the scope of the project, saves you hours of phone calls. You can manage access via a lockbox or you can providing me with a key, and I will take care of all the details.
Coordinating fees are based on the complexity of the project and can range from $250 - $2000 (depending on how many trades are required for your particular project), plus 15% on trade invoices. The timeline of completion will depend upon complexity and cooperatively working with trades and their schedules to get your job done right.
